Maybe it will show up, if he ever writes a book about Pitch, like he talked about maybe doing, just like he's done for MiM, Sandy and Jack. (Even then though, I'm gonna stick with my Lady Pitchiner's name. She's had it too long for me to just want to give it up, even with Word of God)
